Hong Thai - Part 1: Planning

A well-known travel agency in New York's Chinatown, Hong Thai offers impeccable and comprehensive customer service. Having already booked our Independent Tour to Shanghai in the States, we visited the Hong Thai offices to supply them with copies of our passports and emergency contacts, and to pick up our air tickets. Our CSR carefully reviewed our trip's terms with us, alternating between above-average conversational English and perfect Chinese. She informed us of the conditions of our destination, making recommendations for the weather, the appropriate attire, and passport safety, and explained how we were to meet with our informal tour guide once in Shanghai. Definitely professional, definitely service-oriented, and definitely gained a return customer!
